Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Returns Accepted When:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
You raise the return request within 24 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
A complete unboxing video is provided as proof.
Returns Not Accepted For:
Size issues (please check the size chart before ordering).
Products that are used, washed, or tried multiple times.
Items purchased during sale / offer / discount events.
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution.
Return Procedure
Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Share a full and clear unboxing video without cuts.
Our team will evaluate your request.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or return as applicable.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
COD orders are not refundable, unless payment was made online after cancellation approval.
