At Raina Creation, we aim to deliver products that meet your expectations in terms of style, quality, and comfort.
Please read this Refund & Exchange Policy carefully to understand your options in case you receive an item you are not satisfied with.
1. Overview
We primarily offer exchanges for eligible items.
Refunds are not provided for standard purchases once the item has been delivered, except in rare cases of a verified wrong or damaged product — see Section 6 for details.
This policy applies only to orders placed through Raina Creation’s official platforms.
2. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Exchange request is raised within 72 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
The item must be free of odor, stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or any damage caused after delivery.
Exchanges are available only for domestic orders.
Not Eligible for Exchange:
Items with minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
Minor fabric or texture variations.
Items purchased at final sale / clearance / discounted prices (if marked non-exchangeable).
Products that have been worn, washed, or mishandled.
3. Exchange Fee & Price Conditions
A processing fee of ₹200 per item is applicable for exchanges.
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same price or higher price.
If the replacement item is of a higher price, the difference must be paid before dispatch.
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, email us at contact@rainacreation.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Order ID
Item name / SKU
Reason for exchange
Clear photos of the product
Unboxing video (mandatory if product is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Reverse pickup will be arranged where available.

Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We aim to respond within the same or next working day.
5. Pickup, Self-Shipping & Inspection
Reverse Pickup
We will attempt pickup twice.
If reverse pickup is not possible due to your pin code or failed attempts, you must self-ship the item to our address.
Reverse pickup availability depends on courier serviceability in your area.

Important:
Pack the product securely to avoid transit damage.
Mention ORDER ID and registered mobile number clearly on the package.
We recommend Speed Post for reliable delivery.
Quality Inspection
Once the returned item is received:
It undergoes quality inspection.
If it passes, the replacement will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
If it fails (due to damage, wear, or missing tags), the exchange will be refused.
The product may be shipped back to you at your cost.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 72 hours at:

Clear photos
Complete unboxing video
Order ID
For verified wrong/damaged products:
We will offer:
A replacement of the same item (preferred), or
A refund, only if replacement is not possible.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
7. One-Time Exchange Rule
Each product is eligible for one exchange only.
Once exchanged, the replacement item cannot be exchanged again.
8. Cancellation & Refunds (Short Note)
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once processed, unless cancelled by us.

9. Additional Terms
Raina Creation reserves the right to decline an exchange if eligibility conditions are not met.
Policies may be updated without prior notice.
Changes will take effect from the “Last Updated” date displayed on the policy page.
